It’s time to sign up for the two day teen course happening at the end of January. This course offers students the opportunity to practice verbal boundary setting with strangers as well as people they know, and train students in a range of physical self-defense skills practiced at a full force in realistic and safe environment. If you’re looking for ways to gain self-confidence (for you or your teen)and skills to feel more safe, this is the course for you.
