Calling all girls ages 10–16 and their parents or guardians.
It is not a secret that all girls will begin their menstrual cycle between the ages of 8 and 17. This important transition into womanhood brings emotional, physical, psychological, and spiritual changes. While this journey is sacred, it can sometimes feel confusing.

Join us for a fun, supportive, and empowering workshop where girls can ask questions, learn about their bodies, understand their menstrual cycle, and discover healthy ways to care for themselves.

*Self-care rituals for moon time

This workshop is appropriate for girls and young women 10 up to age 18 will go over the basics of a résumé how to capture your volunteer, community service and hobbies on a résumé to get internships, scholarships, and make $$$.
