This, the Northern California Protectorate, is a division of the Pacific Protectorate, a collection of like-minded good samaritans spanning from the Mexican border through Western Canada to Alaska (we are looking to expand across the Pacific to include members in Australia, Japan, & other nations across Asia). We utilize the image of the traditional comic book superhero in the costumes we wear & the gadgets we use enable to bring attention to our efforts to battle apathy & crime whenever they are confronted.
