The Alchemy Slam is a poetry slam series held every 1st and 3rd Saturdays at the Ala

The Alchemy Slam is a semi-monthly gathering of writers of all styles, encouraging the sharing of work, ideas, and community. Every 1st and 3rd Saturdays are our Slams, where we compete for spots on Alchemy's slam team. The Alchemy Slam team represents our community at the National Poetry Slam. We also send representatives to the Individual World Poetry Slam, as well as other events.

Berkeley Slam is back with another great fundraiser and Black artist showcase happening this Wednesday. We'll be continuing tonight's Fundraiser with Q***r Mountain tomorrow at our show! Our goal is to raise $1000 for For the Gworls!
