Central American Student Alliance - CASA

Central American Student Alliance - CASA The Mills College chapter of USEU is a collective of Salvadoran and Central American identifying students on our campus.

USEU, or Unión salvadoreña de estudiantes universitarios, is an organization that was founded in 2005 by youth in El Salvador and made its way to university campuses in Los Angeles and subsequently other areas in California in order to represent ourselves in academic spaces as scholar activists. Our goals are:

To develop awareness about cultural, political and economic issues that directly affect

the Salvadoran/Central American community, preserving our historical and cultural identities, and mobilizing the Salvadoran/Central American student population to take action. Meetings take place Wednesdays at 6 in the Solidarity Lounge. For more information, look at the official USEU page or email [email protected].
