Our mission is to cultivate the next generation of Data Science and AI leaders by providing resources for upskilling, networking, mentorship, and growth opportunities, from students to professionals. We aim to:

•Create a culture of change
Elevate and normalize women in data science so that the public and everyone in the field will recognize, appreciate, and value the tremendous contributions and

achievements women are making in data science around the world

•Strengthen the global movement
Enhance visibility and points of connection for women in the field, build a stronger and more highly visible presence with greater opportunities to collect and share experiences

•Provide free access to content and resources
Sponsor our current and future programming and help WiDS provide free access to our valuable content and resources for all around the world

•Expand content creation and resources
Provide resources that enable WiDS to adapt, grow and improve our programming, infusing a diverse range of creativity and new ideas from the WiDS community
