This one feels especially meaningful to us because CircleCraft™ grew out of one of the earliest restorative justice tools we began developing at CircleUp.

Before a school year begins, relationships need a place to begin, too. 💛

Yesterday, CircleUp® facilitated our first welcome circle of the year with more than 75 high school staff members.

This customized discussion circle was designed by Tyrone Botelho Tiffany Hoang using our CircleCraft design guide and facilitated by Tiffany. It created space to welcome a new administration, reconnect staff with their purpose, strengthen relationships, and begin honest conversations about collective consistency.

The laughter, reflection, and connection made this a truly memorable start to the year.

Welcome back, educators, administrators, and school staff. We’re so glad to be in community with you again.

We’ve been a little quiet on social media—but we haven’t been standing still. 🎉

August 1 marked CircleUp®’s 12th official birthday and 13 years since we first began doing this work.

Since then, we’ve had the opportunity to support more than 600,000 people—and we could not have done that without this community.

We’re still here. We’re thriving. And during our birthday month, we’ll be showing up more, sharing more, and introducing some exciting new tools and resources.

We get to rekindle old friendships, forge new bonds, and unite with trailblazers doing groundbreaking restorative work acro

This year was truly unforgettable! So many of you took the time to share heartwarming stories about the free Circle Up tools we provided at the last national conference in Washington, D.C. We heard about these resources being used in schools, classrooms, prisons, community gatherings, restorative circles, and other spaces where people are working tirelessly to create connection, reflection, and healing.

🌈 Hearing directly about the lives and communities that have been touched by these tools truly filled our hearts with joy! When we create and share resources, we hope they will help people tap into their emotions, strengthen relationships, navigate tough conversations, and bring restorative practices into everyday spaces. Learning how people have carried these resources home and used them in meaningful ways was an extraordinary reminder of why we do this work. 💕 This year’s conference was truly spectacular! We are deeply grateful for the conversations, laughter, learning, encouragement, and community we experienced in NOLA.
