We are thrilled to welcome a Civil Engineer, as our next guest speaker for GEMS!đź’Ž

From being the first engineer in her family to being named one of ASCE’s New Faces of Civil Engineering, Dani has shattered ceilings and paved her own way. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Civil Engineering from Drexel University, works as a successful private consultant, and is the founder of STEMChangemaker.org an organization dedicated to inspiring the next generation of STEM innovators.

In this inspiring session, Dani will share her journey and show you how to lay your own foundation for a thriving career.

A teaching faculty member at Waukesha County Technical College and adjunct instructor at Carroll University, Dr. McElrath earned her PhD from the Medical College of Wisconsin, where she studied how cancer cells migrate from primary tumors.

Dedicated to making science more engaging, relatable, and digestible for all learners, she inspires students to find confidence, curiosity, and joy in STEM.
