We are not only a fundraising organization. Our highly trained, paid, staff of 700+ in all 4 provinces and Kashmir ensures that we efficiently tackle every project we undertake while maintaining an administrative overhead consistently under 10%. This also allows us to respond quickly in the wake of a crisis as we did during the drought in 2000, the 2005 Earthquake, the IDP Crisis and the Flood Disaster of 2010 and 2022.
