In what started as your run-of-the-mill Young Professionals group, we have transformed into what we truly are... the Future Leaders of the Nyacks. We were looking for a forum for our voices and opinions to be heard, so we created one. We were looking for a group that would plan fun events and activities around town, so we created one. We were looking for a place to network and grow our businesses,
so we created one. And we were looking for first-hand information on what is going on in town and what is on the plate for development... so we created one! With the support of the Chamber of Commerce, the Future Leaders of the Nyacks was created! Here we will have our own events, we will have endless opportunities to be involved in the many existing events in town, and we will have representation at all of the "decision making" meetings that have to do with our beautiful Village! Perhaps most importantly, we ARE the Future Leaders! We will be the next Board Members, Trustees, Mayoral Candidates, Home Owners, and Business Owners - and we want to start making an impact NOW!
