🍂⚽ GOOD LUCK, CWVSA COACHES — FALL 2026! ⚽🍂

We’re excited to kick off another great season at CWVSA! This fall, 211 kids will take the field ready to learn new skills, make new friends, build confidence, and create some amazing soccer memories.

As the season gets underway, we want to give a huge THANK YOU to all of our coaches! 💚💙 All of our coaches and board members are volunteers who give their time after work, school, family commitments, and busy schedules to be on the field helping our players learn, grow, and enjoy the game.

We ask everyone to remember to show our coaches kindness, patience, encouragement, and respect throughout the season. Youth soccer is about so much more than wins and losses—it’s about creating a positive environment where our kids can develop a love for the game.

To our coaches: thank you for stepping up and investing in our kids. We appreciate everything you do!

⚽ CWVSA FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS — FALL SOCCER 2026 ⚽

We’ve been getting some of the same questions about the upcoming Fall soccer season, so we thought we’d put together a quick FAQ to help everyone out! 😊

📅 WHEN DO PRACTICES AND GAMES START?

Practices will begin around mid-August, when school starts. Games will begin in September and the season will run through late October.

🏃 WHAT DAYS ARE PRACTICES?

Coaches decide which nights their teams will practice, so practice nights will vary by team and coach availability.

⚽ HOW OFTEN DO TEAMS PRACTICE AND PLAY?

• U4 & U6: Two scheduled team days during the week — one is a practice, and games are played on the second scheduled day.

• U8: Two practices per week, with games generally played on the weekend.

• U10 and older: Two practices per week. Games may be scheduled on various days, including weeknights, Saturdays, and Sundays. Some weekends may include games on both Saturday and Sunday.

🎂 WHAT AGE GROUP WILL MY CHILD PLAY IN?

Age groups are based on your child’s age:

• U3 & U4 ➡️ U4
• U5 & U6 ➡️ U6
• U7 & U8 ➡️ U8
• U9 & U10 ➡️ U10
• U11 & U12 ➡️ U12
• U13 & U14 ➡️ U14

📄 DO I NEED A BIRTH CERTIFICATE?

Yes. Birth certificates are required for all players.

The birth certificate must be the official state-issued birth certificate used to verify your child’s age, as required by our state soccer league. Please do not submit the hospital keepsake birth certificate with the gold seal.

📸 DO I NEED TO UPLOAD A PHOTO OF MY CHILD?

Yes. When registering through GotSport, please make sure a clear photo of your child is attached to their player profile.

🚨 DON’T MISS THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE! 🚨

Regular registration ends August 7th.

Late registration runs through August 14th and includes an additional $20 late fee.

⚠️ After August 14th, registration will close. If your child isn’t registered by then, they will have to wait until the Spring season to play.
