To those who braved the weather and showed up, Thank you! To the winners of their class, Congratulations! This photo was during the trophies presentation. Some have asked why we don't/didn't cancel. We can't just cancel. There is too much involved. We don't get free use of the Fairgrounds. It is a private entity that we have to rent the use of. There are the police, DOT, insurance and more that come into play and cost. Some of the proceeds from the show go to the scholarships we give out each year. The fairgrounds are locked into events all Summer into the Fall. We can't "just reschedule." Thank you to the vendors who turned out! Will we look Ito changing the date, yes. As for tomorrow, Sunday the 24th, rain or shine!
