Last week, the AAM Board met at what must be one of the most beautiful places on earth, St. Andrew's House (The Sacred Waters Center for Restoration and Retreat), a ministry of The Episcopal Diocese of Olympia. Our 10 hours of meetings were engaging, life-giving, and exhausting. The energy within our Association is infectious and our members have elected an incredible group to lead the way. A special thanks to our Vice President, Susan Jane Matthews, for her inspiring photography that captures this special place so clearly. The choir of St. Mary of the Hills presents a contemplative Choral Evensong on October 11 at 3 p.m. in Blowing Rock, featuring plainsong Magnificat and Nunc dimittis alongside Radcliffe Preces and Responses. This serene Anglican tradition invites rest and reflection at the weekend’s close.

AAM’s decennial international Annual Conference will take us to Cambridge, England, July 5–11, 2027, for a week of inspiring liturgies, relevant workshops, beautiful music, renowned ecclesiastical architecture, and world-class organs.
