Wishing all of our Michigan Golfers at Nationals the best of luck! Hope to see one of you bring back a National Trophy! ⛳️🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♀️🏆

That being said, I am already working on next years schedule, if there are any courses you’d like to see us visit for a tournament let me know either in the comments or message me directly and we will try and get out there!

The 2026 Season has come to a close. The season ended on a high note with a simply gorgeous day at the beautiful course of Thousand Oaks. It was a fitting end.

The day also marked the end of my tenure as Director for Michigan. Thank you so much for all the thank you's and well wishes that I received. I especially appreciated all of the wearing of purple. Those that know, know that purple is a heartfelt symbol for myself and for Jamy. Your support did not go unnoticed. It meant a lot! It was a great send-off.

It was a memorable day for many for many reasons. Perhaps a little more so for these players.

What a great day for a Tournament in Michigan! We were spoiled by temps in the 70's and sun all day. We in Michigan know that these days are numbered this time of year. College Fields Golf Course is always enjoyable, in great shape and the weather made the end of the season, and my tenure, an even greater one to remember.

These players should remember the day fondly as well.

Dear Golfweek Amateur Tour players,

After 16 wonderful seasons of serving you, I will be stepping down as the Michigan Director after the conclusion of this season. This decision comes with mixed emotions — excitement for the new adventures ahead, and sadness for the end of this chapter.

It has been an honor and a privilege to be part of your Tour journey. Your love and support over the years has exceeded any of my expectations and will be cherished always. Thank you dearly for the trust, loyalty and gratitude you’ve shown me (and Jamy) over the years.

You have been like family to me, and will continue to be that for me. I may not be in position of Director after this season, but I will still be a loyal member of the Tour and you will still see me around from time to time. I look forward to the continued friendships, competition and comraderie.

Justin Osborn will be your replacement Director starting in the 2027 season. Please offer him a warm welcome and support as he transitions into the position.

Thank you for allowing me to serve you — and for making my position so rewarding. I will carry the memories of our connection into this next chapter with a full heart.

With sincere appreciation and love,

Fairways & Greens!

What a beautiful weekend was had at the 2-day Major at Hawk Hollow and Eagle Eye courses. The weather was warm and comfortable and the wildfire smoke was minimal. The wind made things interesting day 1 at Hawk Hollow but the wind took it easy on us at the more open style course of Eagle Eye day 2.

A nice weekend was had by all, but perhaps was even better for these players.
