Northwood, Iowa's Founders Day is an annual celebration held in September. In 2026, the event is scheduled for Saturday, September 12.

The festivities will begin at 7:00 a.m. and feature a variety of activities, including a breakfast, Aristocrats Car Club Show, museum tours, live entertainment, historical exhibits, street and food vendors, Norwegian goodies, and class reunions.
