Who we are and what we do...

We help place developmentally disabled children and adults in family homes that have been certified by our agency. Our placement families have been thoroughly screened and have completed a comprehensive training on working with individuals who have special needs.

Our foster families receive certifications in behavioral therapies and life skills training for developmentally disabled individuals. This training is completed before a participant is housed with one of our families to ensure the highest rate of success. We are also a support system for the families and the participants after placement.

Free To Be Programs provides services to developmentally disabled individuals of all ages in certified family support homes in Los Angeles and Ventura County.
