The Northport Alumni Kappa Silhouettes proudly hosted the Tuscaloosa Alumni Silhouettes as the Northport and Tuscaloosa Alumni Chapters of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. came together for a joint 2026 Founders’ Day Celebration.

It was truly a wonderful time of fellowship and shared legacy as we celebrated alongside our fellow Silhouettes chapter. Moments like these remind us of the strength of unity, tradition, and continued service in support of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. National Silhouettes of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc.

Black History Moment
Presented by the Northport Alumni Kappa Silhouettes

This Black History Month, we proudly honor the achievements of notable members of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., whose legacies have made a profound impact on history, culture, and society.

Today we begin with Arthur Ashe.

Arthur Ashe
Initiated at the Upsilon Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. at UCLA, Arthur Ashe broke barriers both on and off the tennis court. He was the first African American to win the men’s singles titles at Wimbledon and the U.S. Open, and the first African American man to be ranked No. 1 in the world. Ashe’s influence extended beyond sports as he became a global advocate for civil rights, education, and humanitarian efforts.

Yesterday, the NAC Silhouettes helped to support the INFC Annual Toys for Tots drive.

This holiday season, we invite you to join us in spreading holiday cheer, encouraging generosity, and making a positive impact on our communities by giving to local charities. Every donation, big or small, helps make a meaningful difference in the lives of children.

Our Northport Alumni Chapter Silhouettes are committed to community service!

Today, our Silhouettes volunteered at Turning Point, an organization dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault by providing shelter, resources, and advocacy. They assisted with sorting and organizing donated items to help meet the needs of the women and children the organization serves.
