You don’t heal the way you see yourself by thinking harder. You do it by coming back into your body.
Most women spend years living entirely from the neck up. I'll be the first to admit I'm one of them.
We manage, we protect, we plan, and we pour into everyone else until our own physical presence feels like an afterthought. We hold our breath through daily life and wonder why we feel disconnected from the vibrant, wild-hearted women we used to be.
Embodiment isn’t a buzzword, it’s the act of dropping out of your racing thoughts and landing back into your physical skin.
It’s putting your feet flat on the floor and letting out a breath you’ve been holding for six months.
It’s feeling the weight of silk against your skin.
It’s letting your belly soften instead of shrinking to fit a frame.
It’s realizing your body isn’t a project to fix before you’re worthy of being documented.
The real transformation never happens because of a pose or lighting trick. It happens mid-breath, in the quiet moment where you stop waiting for the "right time" and decide that who you are today is worth choosing.
You don’t need to know what to do in front of a camera. You don’t need to change your body. You just have to be willing to drop your shoulders, feel your heart beat, and step back into your power.
