📌 주일 중보기도회: 부활 후(요한복음 20:19-23)

부활하신 예수님은 두려움에 숨어 있던 제자들에게 먼저 찾아오셔서
“평강이 있을지어다”라고 말씀하셨습니다.
제자들은 무섭고 혼란스러웠지만,
예수님은 그들의 마음에 평안을 주셨습니다.
예수님의 손과 옆구리에 남아 있는 상처는
예수님이 우리 죄를 위해 십자가에서 죽으셨다는 증거입니다.
부활하신 뒤에도 그 상처가 있다는 것은,
예수님의 사랑과 희생이 영원히 사라지지 않는다는 뜻입니다.
그리고 예수님은 제자들에게
“아버지께서 나를 보내신 것 같이 나도 너희를 보내노라” 하시며
그들도 세상으로 나아가 복음을 전하라고 하셨습니다.
또 성령을 받으라고 하시며,
하나님의 일을 감당할 힘도 주셨습니다.
이제 제자들은 두려움 속에만 머무는 사람들이 아니라,
예수님의 평강을 받고 세상으로 나아가는 사람들이 되었습니다.
복음을 전할 때 죄 사함의 역사가 나타나고,
사람들이 하나님께 돌아오게 됩니다.

📌 주일 중보기도회: “부활절은 새 사명을 받은 날” (요한복음 21:15-19)
베드로는 부활하신 예수님을 만났지만, 아직 마음속에는 허탈함과 두려움이 남아 있었습니다. 그래서 다시 옛 삶으로 돌아가 물고기를 잡으러 갔습니다. 하지만 예수님은 그런 베드로를 그냥 두지 않으시고 직접 찾아오셔서 아침을 차려 주시고, 상한 마음을 회복시켜 주셨습니다.

예수님은 베드로에게 세 번이나 “네가 나를 사랑하느냐”라고 물으셨습니다. 이것은 단순히 말로만 하는 사랑이 아니라, 희생과 헌신이 따르는 사랑으로 살아가라는 부르심이었습니다. 편한 길이 아니라, 끝까지 주님을 따르는 삶으로 다시 세워 주신 것입니다.
그래서 부활절은 단순히 기념하는 날이 아닙니다. 과거에 머무르지 않고, 세상의 가치보다 주님의 뜻을 더 붙들며, 하나님이 맡기신 사명을 다시 받는 날입니다.
우리도 베드로처럼 연약할 수 있지만, 예수님은 그런 우리를 외면하지 않으시고 다시 부르십니다. 부활절은 바로 그 부르심 앞에서 새로운 마음으로 다시 서는 날입니다.

오늘의 삶이 때로는 버겁고,
지나가는 과정이 쉽게 이해되지 않을 때가 있습니다.
하지만 하나님을 사랑하는 자에게는
모든 것이 합력하여 선을 이룬다는 말씀처럼,
지금의 시간도 주님 안에서 헛되지 않습니다.
오늘도 하나님의 선하신 뜻을 신뢰하며 걸어갑니다.

💚Carrying One Another’s Burdens in March💙

The voluntary participation and loving support of our members were a great source of strength to many members in need during March.

The total amount shared for medical needs in March was $653,989.64.

Through this generous giving, we were able to bring comfort and hope to members facing urgent medical challenges.

We sincerely thank all of our members who chose not to turn away from the pain of others, but instead helped carry one another’s burdens.
