There is a £5 per hour extra charge to have bouncy castles plugged into our power.

• Is the room adequately lit? yes, 8 LED panel lights and 12 LED spotlights.
• Has the room got adequate heating and ventilation i.e. temperature between 18-24C? yes, Central heating and Extractor Fan for air circulation.
• Has the room got adequate number of electrical power sockets? If so are they in 1 area or spaced out? Yes, 6 sockets (2 doubles either side one end, single in middle and single at other end).
• Would we be able to have access to tables & chairs? (15 tables size 6 ft ×2.5 ft and 80 padded adult chairs & 16 children's chairs in building)
• Would the room be accessed on ground floor/stairs/lift? Yes Ground Floor
• Is there access to a kitchen & drinking water? Yes, 10×20 ft full catering kitchen facilities, oven, hob, grill, plate warmer, hot pass, 2 kettles, electric urn ,2 sinks & drainer's,1 separate hand wash sink & hand towels dispenser, you can do your own catering or catering can be arranged with our contract caterer contact Catering by SophieFearnall.

The outside hire cupboard has mugs, cups & saucers & a small amount of cutlery & tea spoons provided & 2 plastic soft drinks dispensers 2 glass cold drinks dispensers & 27 children's cups,
Use of the kitchen for anything other than preparation of drinks or serving pre-prepared food etc is only available by prior agreement. Note: The two ‘caterer only’ cabinets are locked and unavailable to hirers, however a supply of crockery/cutlery may be made available by prior agreement, There is a £5 per hour extra charge to use kitchen appliances & gas if doing your own catering.
• Is the venue on a steep slope or camber? Slope up to main entrance double doors.

• Is the venue suitable for wheelchair access♿? Yes, double doors on both entrance doors & level approach access to front doors under covered porch. With block paved area.
• Are there toilet facilities available? Yes Ladies 2 cubicles one with ambulant ♿ toilet 1 baby changing station with nappy bags, automatic non contact hot water handwashing & electric hand dryer. Hand soap & hand moisturiser, basket of toiletry items & jar of sanitary supplies.

• Are there parking facilities onsite? If so, roughly how many spaces? Everyone whom hires the hall also gets included in their hire use of our large private car park holds approx. 30-40 cars with 4 ♿ allocated spaces.
• if we need to unload equipment from our lorry, would we need to park outside/on highway/ car park? Car park with 2 gated entrances, one height limited which can be removed, one without.
