In just the last 2 weeks, we’ve been able to get 9 kitties spayed and neutered! 🐾❤️

This is one of the most important things we do to help reduce cat overpopulation, but it comes with a significant cost. Our total bill for these surgeries is $1,110 ($865 in surgery/felv testing/microchip costs plus $245 in deposits).

We combo test (FeLV/FIV) and microchip all of our adoptable cats and kittens, ensuring they are healthy, safe, and ready for their forever homes.

It’s a huge expense for our small rescue, but it’s absolutely necessary to continue helping cats in our community.

If you’d like to help offset this bill, we would be incredibly grateful for any donation, no matter the amount. Every dollar goes directly toward helping more cats get the care they need.

🐾 Wishlist Wednesday 🐾

We need your help, friends! 💗

We are almost completely out of our dry cat food, and one of the foods we go through the fastest is Iams Sensitive Stomach & Skin (the pink bag). With so many cats and kittens depending on us every day, our food supply disappears quickly, and our shelves are looking pretty bare.

🚨 A Message From a Small Home-Based Rescue 🚨

Lately, we’ve received an overwhelming number of requests for intake help, while adoption applications have nearly come to a standstill. To be honest, this is heartbreaking for rescues like ours.

As a small home-based rescue, we simply cannot continue to sustain the volume of requests without more support from our community. We want to help every cat and kitten that needs us, but we cannot do it alone.

I’m asking each and every one of you to step up and become part of the solution.

🐾 Found kittens? Consider fostering them.

🐾 A family member passes away and leaves pets behind? Please do everything you can to make room for them or help find a safe placement.

🐾 Have a spare bathroom, basement, bedroom, or even a quiet corner for a crate? You can foster.

Fostering completely changes the dynamic for rescues. It allows us to continue saying “yes” to cats in need, even when our own homes are completely full. Every foster home opens a lifesaving space.

Before reaching out to a rescue for help, please ask yourself:

✔️ Can I foster?

✔️ Can I find someone who can foster?

✔️ Can I help trap?

✔️ Can I transport to and from vet appointments?

✔️ Can I assist in any way beyond making the call for help?

The reality is that I am one person, and it is impossible for me to do it all. Rescue should never fall on the shoulders of a few while everyone else watches from the sidelines.

Please, step up. Be the help. Be the solution. Support your local rescues so we can continue saving lives together.

🐾 Big day for Luna, Livy, and Lenny! 🐾

These three adorable little house panthers are off this morning to get spayed and neutered! They are one step closer to finding their forever families and are so excited to start meeting YOU! 🖤

🐾 Kitten Update from Phoenix and Friends! 🐾

We’re excited to share that Lenny, Livy, and Luna will be getting fixed tomorrow! 🎉 This is a huge step in preparing them for happy, healthy futures and eventually finding their forever homes.

We also still have Earth, Wind, and Fire available and looking for loving families! ❤️🐱🐱🐱

And the good news doesn’t stop there—4 more kittens are scheduled to be fixed at the end of the month as we continue getting our kittens adoption-ready.
