North Liberty Optimists Keep up with the activities we're hosting and sponsoring for North Liberty youth! We donated $70,000.00 for kids' programs last year! We love children!

We hosts fundraisers to support youth programs in North Liberty, IA, and also volunteer at many community events. In 2015our organization donated about $25,000 to support groups and activities that support children in our area. Since 2012, these have included:
Events at the North Liberty Community Center, including an annual Easter Egg Hunt (600 plus participants) and a safe Halloween (900 plus pa

rticipants)

Youth Scholarships
The North Liberty Free Summer Lunch & Fun Program
Girl Scout groups
Charter Club for Pack 216 & Troup 216 Boy Scouts
4-H groups
Kids with cancer
Kites for Kids Festival
The North Liberty Food Pantry
Family Resource Centers at North Liberty Schools
North Liberty Schools and PTA's/PTO's
The Muddy Creek Clean-up
Playground Equipment for Schools
Athletic Teams - Baseball, Softball & Football
Holiday Food Boxes for children during the holiday break
Lego Robots.. and many others

Did you know the North Liberty Club Sponsor two Local Junior Optimist Clubs?

If you're a parent or guardian of a Liberty Lightening Student or North Central Middle School, please encourage your pupils to join and learn leadership skills, connect and engage in fun projects, that fund their clubs.

To those Parents or Gaurdians who have students in the clubs now, thank you for supporting them and helping them realize a better future by having them involved. Most of all, becoming our leaders of tomorrow.
