THE IMPACT BEYOND OUR YOGA MATS💗
There were so many powerful moments throughout the Heart Sista Heart Health Symposium 2026, but our yoga session was one that truly stood out.

And here’s what made it even more special: approximately 75% of the women in the room had never done yoga before! 😲🧘🏽‍♀️

Yet they showed up. They tried something new. They stretched beyond their comfort zones. They breathed, moved, laughed, and connected together.

It was so much more than a yoga session. It was a reminder that heart health is about caring for the whole woman mind, body, and spirit.

For a moment, we were able to pause, breathe, reconnect with ourselves, and simply be present. In the midst of meaningful conversations, research, education, and connection, this intentional moment of wellness allowed us to slow down and breathe together.

And that mattered. ❤️
