SKATE NIGHTS:
Our Skate Nights are a hub for skateboarders throughout the Sacramento area. Our sites are designed for skateboarders of any caliber. Whether you are just starting to skate or already kickflipping stair sets, our ramps offer everything you need for a great session with friends. As our participants transition to high school, we encourage them to join Team Lifelong and continue this
journey. We offer weekly skate night sessions at three different locations throughout the Sacramento area. In the Spring semester our skate nights take place March-June. In the Fall semester our sessions take place September - November. Lifelong skate nights are open to 6th- 9th graders, and we welcome youth of any experience level, yes even first timers! You also do NOT have to attend the school where our skate nights take place. Skate nights are a great place to hang with friends and meet new ones. We welcome students from any and all walks of life. Our staff is stoked to teach anyone how to skate, even if it’s your first time! We have ramps built for beginners and their progression. Don’t have equipment? No worries, we got you covered. TEAM LIFELONG:
Team Lifelong is a one of a kind, youth driven opportunity for high school students in the Sacramento Area. It is designed for individuals who have a passion for skateboarding, road trips, outdoor adventure, and giving back to your community. Not only will you receive work experience for a resume one day, you will have access to excursions of a lifetime. We provide students with professional and real life experiences to empower their futures. Our team may find themselves building ramps with friends, running skate nights, working with younger students, and even planning their next outbound road trip! In return for their volunteer efforts in the community, our high school team will have access to epic outbound and skate trips throughout the year. From charging white water rapids and making fire, to surfing barrels and summiting mountain peaks, new experiences are what we thrive on. These rewarding experiences and challenges teach us about what we are capable of and mold us into who we are, as we all continue to evolve. Twin Rivers Intervention Program - TRIP (a collaborative program with the Twin Rivers USD):
TRIP is the Sacramento area program for youth who need focused resources to help find their “north star” in order to redirect negative behavior. TRIP provides opportunities to learn skills and gain experiences that contribute to more positive lifestyles while enhancing their capacity to make healthier lifelong choices.
