My name is Lavinia Grace Phillips and I am the owner of Gracie's Place; a progressive child care home that is child-led and parent directed program. The key components for Gracie's Place are:

ter children". Our goal as parents is to help them grow as people and mold their base so that they have the confidence and skills to continue growing into productive young men and women and persons we can be proud of.

Provider Credentials • Bachelor's Degree in Child Development with emphasis on Early Childhood Education • California Child Care First Aid and CPR certified • Up to date on TB testing and fingerprints • Previous Foster Parent with Stanford Home for Children • Trained in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention with Stanford Home for Children • Participant in Project Play (play program for children with ASD and other developmental delays) • Head Start Preschool Teacher experience • Master Teacher Permit (issued by California Commission on Credentialing) • Playroom Manager at Sutter Hospital Children's ward (working with Child Life Specialists) • 4 years of ASL (American Sign Language) • Patient, Kind, and Firm when necessary. Willing to work with parents, and open to change.
