Every mission trip starts with a simple “yes.”
A yes to go, to serve, to listen, to love.

We’ve learned that real mission work isn’t just about the miles traveled — it’s about showing up where God is already at work. It’s sitting with people, hearing their stories, praying together, and realizing that we’re not the heroes… we’re the ones being changed.

Whether it’s a clinic in Haiti, a basketball camp in Uganda, or a conversation on a dirt road in Bolivia — God keeps reminding us that the mission is never about projects, it’s about people.

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations…” — Matthew 28:19

Let’s keep saying yes — one trip, one story, one person at a time.

Faith Friday

As October wraps up, I keep thinking about how easy it is to get distracted by everything happening around us — noise, news, storms, plans — and forget that God’s light still breaks through all of it.

We’ve seen it firsthand — Globally and right here at home. In every place, every trip, every face, there’s a reminder that God hasn’t stopped moving. Even when things look heavy or uncertain, His presence is steady, His timing is perfect, and His light still shines in the dark.

“The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” — John 1:5

So as this month comes to a close, let’s not get caught up in the noise — let’s stay focused on the light.

If you’re looking for ways to connect with trusted organizations on the ground, we recommend these four. We are not currently collecting donations ourselves as we have in Florida for disaster relief in the past, but we are reaching out to the following trusted organizations to send relief and support:

• Project HOPE – Phone: 1-844-349-0188 · Email: [email protected]

• Agape Flights– Working to deliver humanitarian aid in the Caribbean (Haiti, Dominican Republic, Bahamas). Visit: agapeflights.com.

• Global Empowerment Mission (GEM) – Phone: 800-995-7604 · Email: [email protected] · Address: 1850 NW 84th Ave Ste 100, Doral FL 33126.

• Office of Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management (ODPEM) – Jamaica’s national disaster relief agency. Phone: +1 876-906-9674 · Toll-free: 1-888-225-5637 · Email: [email protected].

Please feel free to share and join us in supporting their work in relief and response.

Behind the Mission | National Cat Day Edition

It’s National Cat Day, and while our team might not be packing cat treats for Uganda, we are learning from our feline friends — to move with purpose, stay curious, and rest in the moments between the mission.

As our Uganda 2026 team prepares to serve alongside Emma’s Echo and the Kabagambe Child Care Foundation, we’re reminded that God calls us to be both ready to leap when He says “go” and still enough to listen when He says “wait.”

So today, we’re celebrating faith that’s patient, playful, and perfectly timed — just like a cat on a mission.

“Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10

Our hearts are with the people of Jamaica as they face the devastation of this powerful hurricane. We are based in Florida and we know all too well the fear, heartache, and destruction that storms like this can bring.

We’re asking our friends, partners, and mission families around the world to pause and pray — for protection, for provision, and for peace that only God can bring.

Let’s lift up the families who have lost homes, the churches providing refuge, and the leaders working tirelessly to keep their communities safe.

Mission Monday

At Haven of Hope Orphanage in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, joy has a sound — it’s laughter echoing across the courtyard, the shuffle of soccer cleats on dusty ground, and the songs of children who know they’re loved.

Our partners there pour out hope daily — through education, meals, and the simple ministry of presence. Every hug, every shared smile, every prayer reminds us that God’s love multiplies in motion.

This March, we’ll return to Haven of Hope with hearts ready to serve, learn, and grow alongside them. Because mission work is more than what we do — it’s who we’re becoming together.

Faith Friday

Service doesn’t start when we arrive — it starts when we say yes.
Every “yes” to go, give, pray, or serve is a small act of faith that God uses to change lives, including our own. 🌍

“And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.”
— Galatians 6:9

Keep showing up. Keep loving big. Keep trusting that your yes matters.

Behind the Mission

Every great mission starts long before the plane takes off.
Right now, our team is preparing for the 2026 trip to Uganda, where we’ll partner with Emma’s Echo to support the Kabagambe Child Care Foundation. From planning devotionals to organizing supplies, every detail is a step toward connection, service, and faith in motion.

These moments — the prayers, the meetings, the shared excitement — are where God begins shaping hearts for what’s ahead.

“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.”
— Proverbs 16:3

Mission Monday

In Cristo Rey, Nicaragua, hope looks like a warm meal served with a smile.

Each day, Pastors Marco and Maria open their doors — and their hearts — to feed families who call the community near Managua’s city dump home. Their faith is simple but strong: “God will provide.” And He does — through hands that serve, prayers that uplift, and people like you who choose to care.

As we prepare for our 2026 trips, we remember that missions aren’t about what we bring — they’re about who we become when we serve together.

Faith Friday
When we say yes to serving, we’re not just saying yes to a trip — we’re saying yes to being used by God in ways we can’t yet see.
Whether it’s in Nicaragua, Bolivia, Uganda, or right here at home, every moment of faith in action is a reminder that He multiplies what we offer.

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”
— 1 Peter 4:10

Let’s keep showing up, giving, praying, and going — together.
