So sorry!!!

I am still not home from work.

No garlic planting today.

Good morning. Our garlic was delivered!!! If work responsibilities allow, I will be planting garlic this evening ahead of the expected rain. My hope is to be in the garden at 6pm. Shouldn't take more than 15 minutes.

Will be planning a FINAL work day for the 2026 season within the week. We need to finish sheet mulching and spread the rest of the mulch.

What a day!!! Took me until this morning to recuperate, lol.

We were blessed with a perfect fall day to start expansion work and put the existing garden to bed for the 2026 season.

Met so many new friends.

Welcome. We are glad you are here.

We will have another work day to finish sheet mulching, plant garlic, and build the compost area. Stay tuned for details.

What a GREAT season we had. Learning, growing and building a community TOGETHER.

So many things are happening!!!!

Had a seed saving day on Friday. Mother Nature didn't cooperate. With all the rain, many of the seed heads were too moist for collecting. We were able to save a few, but hopefully we can try again this week.

But the GOOD NEWS is because of the rain we were able to start on our expansion. Fence has been removed for weeding and replacement. Cardboard has been delivered and we are getting ready for our end of season event on October 3, 2026.

Please come to the garden this week and HARVEST ALL THE THINGS, lol. Saturday we will be putting the bed to sleep for the winter, planting garlic, building a compost center, laying mulch, and building community. Breakfast will be served.

Finally don't forget our event at the li rary tomorrow at 6:30pm about food preservation.
