Good morning!!

Is there anyone that could meet at the garden late Wednesday or early Thursday morning that knows about foundations, leveling, etc?

We are having a problem with the shed and need educated, knowledgeable guidance.

It would be lovely if a bunch of people could be there so we can discuss and develop a plan.

Thanks so much.

Saturday we had a GREAT work day in the garden. Weeded, planted spinach and radish, trimmed the grass. We loved talking with the community about YOUR garden. Oh did I mention breakfast was served, lol.

We have decided to rename YOUR garden to "Runamuck Gardens" due to the tomatoes deciding they will no longer be bothered with staking.

We are thankful for Mother Nature taking care of the watering this week.

More fun events to round out the season will be announced this week please stay tuned.

Hello Gardeners!!

Couple of updates:

Some of the tomatoes have outgrown/bullied their trellis and stakes. We are aware and will fix (maybe give in, lol) once all of this weather has passed.

Lots of fun events are coming to finish out our gardening season.

First up, garden work day: Saturday, August 15 820am -? Harvesting, weeding, staking, and anything else that needs done. Bring your coffee, light breakfast will be provided.

To plant by the Moon, follow these guidelines:

🌑 Plant your annual flowers and fruit and vegetables that bear their harvest above ground (such as corn, tomatoes, watermelon, and zucchini) during the waxing of the Moon. This means from the day the Moon is new to the day it is full. As the moonlight increases night by night, plants are encouraged to grow leaves and stems.

🌕️ Plant flowering bulbs, biennial and perennial flowers, and vegetables that bear crops below ground (such as carrots, onions, and potatoes) during the waning of the Moon. This means from the day after it is full to the day before it is new again. As the moonlight decreases night by night, plants are encouraged to grow roots, tubers, and bulbs.
