I wish he would spend less time talking about turnpikes and parking garages…..and more time talking about bike infrastructure…..

Does OU have a mobility plan ….that doesn’t involve cars…?

New signage posted on the Speedway Mall suggests people should walk their bikes and scooters. University of Texas officials said they are announcing a plan soon, and it doesn't include a ban on manually operated bicycles.
