🎄🎁 **AUNTIE ADVOCATE NEEDS OUR VILLAGE!** ❤️

We’re officially listed on the **Toys for Tots website**, and families have already started requesting assistance! 🙌🏽

Our goal is to serve **500 children with 3 toys each—that’s 1,500 TOYS!** 🧸 We want to make this the BIGGEST holiday event of the year!

Here’s what we need most:

🧸 **TOYS, TOYS & MORE TOYS!**
🏢 A **FREE VENUE** to host our event
🙋🏽‍♀️ Volunteers to help make it happen
🎄 Christmas decorations and event supplies
💰 Monetary donations to purchase toys

🏠 **Past-due rent (if funds are available) & housing-related needs**
💡 **Past-due bills**
🍎 **Food assistance**
📍 **Community resources & referrals**
🤝 **Other emergency needs on a case-by-case basis**

Please understand that **all requests for assistance must be verified** before support is provided. Verification may include documentation and/or contacting the appropriate agency, landlord, utility company, or other provider.

Assistance is available **once per family, per calendar year**, and requests are handled on a **first-come, first-served basis**, depending on available funds and resources.

We may not be able to help every request, but we will always do our best to connect you with resources that may be able to help. 💜

🚨 **COMMUNITY HELP NEEDED** 🚨

We have a mom in **South Carolina** who is facing eviction and is **only $50 away from avoiding possession of her home.** 🏠❤️

We’re asking our community to come together and help us get her across the finish line. **We want to pay the apartment complex directly** so the funds go straight toward helping her keep her home.

If you’re able to contribute **$5, $10, $20, or the full $50**, please comment below and we’ll provide the information needed to help.

🏀 It takes a village. 🏀

Truth be told, I didn’t want Kyree to play AAU basketball. Between the travel, expenses, and commitment, I wasn’t sure it was the right fit. But I also believe that our Black boys need opportunities, goals, structure, and positive outlets that help them grow into strong young men.

For years, Kyree’s biggest challenge wasn’t his talent—it was his attitude. The good thing is that growth is possible, and he’s been working on himself day by day. Learning discipline, accountability, teamwork, and how to handle adversity are lessons that go far beyond the basketball court.

This season is especially meaningful because, for the first time, his father will be able to be present for games and support him from the sidelines. Having both parents able to encourage and guide him through this journey is something we don’t take for granted.

We’re asking our village to help support Kyree’s AAU basketball journey. Donations will help cover travel, tournament fees, and team expenses. Every contribution, no matter the amount, helps invest in a young Black boy who is learning, growing, and working toward becoming the best version of himself.

Thank you for believing in our youth and helping us show Kyree that a community stands behind him. ❤️🏀
