The Rock Ministries WVARR Certified Residential Addiction Recovery Program & Outpatient Addiction Program They are able to influence the men from a position of example.

The Rock was a vision given to Sheila Martin when faced with the realities and struggles of the life controlling issues drug and alcoholism. Due to personal experiences with these life controlling issues they are able to offer a hands on approach to the men and their loved ones. They are able to stand before each resident and their families and show through their own lives that a better life is available after one has allowed drugs and alcohol to tear them apart. They are joined by others who have been faced with the same struggle of addiction for years. As a team they are committed and able to show others by their personal journeys of sobriety that they too with the help of Jesus Christ the Voice of Trust can overcome these life controlling issues that have mastered their lives.

🚨 BREAKING NEWS: A resident has been spotted doing something completely suspicious…
They woke up early.
Made their bed.
Went to work.
Answered a difficult phone call instead of avoiding it.
Helped someone else.
Came home sober.
And went to sleep knowing they handled life without running from it.

Authorities are calling it:

“GROWTH.” 😂🌱

No dramatic transformation.
No overnight miracle.
No Hollywood comeback story.

Just a bunch of ordinary decisions that, when repeated long enough, create an extraordinary life.

That’s the part nobody tells you about recovery:

Your life doesn’t change in one giant moment.
It changes in a thousand tiny ones.

So if today feels ordinary, don’t underestimate it.

Remembering the life of Colton Davis!

Colton was an amazing person with the biggest heart! Colton fought for his life and recovery the best way he knew how! He used to attend some of our meetings and had several friends in the program who were very supportive of him and vice versa!

If you or someone you know is struggling with addiction, please reach out for help! Call a friend..a loved one..call whoever you need to so you can get the support you need and deserve! Life is too fragile!

Life skills focused - Budgeting/Time management/Job interviewing/Credit Building/Advocacy Education/Healthy Communication/Conflict resolution

Employment support - Partnerships with local employers; Transportation to and from work; Resume Help

Wellness - Gym memberships/Workout groups/Extracurricular activities

Self-Care - Fun sober activities incorporated into the program - Fishing, Bowling, Swimming, Movies, etc.

Peer Mentorship’s - Residents who have maintained 1 year+ sobriety help mentor newer residents.

Alumni Network - Program graduates give back through sponsorship & mentor ship; Residents can stay connected for a lifetime

Educational help - GED assistance and resources provided
