I actually really love this infographic.

Your anger isn’t the problem.
Your silence is what was expected.

We were taught:
Be nice.
Be quiet.
Don’t make a scene.

So anger gets pushed down…
and comes out sideways.

But anger has a purpose.
It shows you where something isn’t right.

Where something crossed a line.
Where you deserved better.

This is your permission:
Feel it.
Process it.
Use it.

Lust has been framed as something dangerous.
But the truth?

It’s not about desire.
It’s about power.

Women have been taught to be desirable,
but not to desire.
To be seen,
but not to take up space.

So we disconnect from our bodies.
Our pleasure.
Our boundaries.

This is where we come back.

You are allowed to want.
You are allowed to feel.
You are allowed to say no.

And suddenly it all made sense… The reason I'm so desperate to create a space for women to be together is because I grew up in a family of strong, spirited women. The kind of women who laugh loudly, live imperfectly, and love without bounds. The kind of women whose presence or absence changes the energy of the space around them. When this photo popped up in my memories, I could feel the warmth, love, and power of the room in my body as if I was there in that moment. And I just want to create a space where other women feel as supported, loved, and celebrated just as they are—the way the women in my family have for me.
