We’re honored that Marin Community Clinics was selected as one of 13 nonprofit beneficiaries of BlackRock ’s San Francisco Giving Days 2026!

Held September 3 in Half Moon Bay, this year’s event raised an incredible $2 million to support Bay Area nonprofits. Our COO, Isela Kloeppel, and Evelin De Yanira Vazquez, Director of Patient Engagement Services, were proud to represent MCC.

BlackRock’s generous support will help us care for our community inside and beyond the exam room, including through our Health Hub food pantry program, which connects patients and families with nutritious food and essential resources.

Why do children need vaccines?
Vaccines help the body build protection against certain serious illnesses.

Why check records before school starts?
It gives families time to find missing records, review what is due, and complete school forms.

What if my child is behind on vaccines?
A provider can review their record and discuss a catch-up schedule.

Do older children and teens need vaccines?
Yes. Some vaccines are recommended during the pr***en and teen years.

What should I bring to the appointment?
Bring your child’s vaccine record and any school forms that need to be completed.

💡 Tip: Don’t wait until the first day of school. Check your child’s records early!
