On this Memorial Day I had the opportunity to represent Newton at the Annual Memorial Day Ceremony at Sunset Memorial. The gentleman in the first photo is the special guest is Silver Star and Purple Heart recipient John Wayne Walding. Second one is Mr Robert Byrd. Thank you Sunset Memorial Park for always putting on a great ceremony remembering the ones that sacrificed their life for me and my family.

To keep National Police week going today is National Law Enforcement Day. Here is just a few of my favorite past and present officers. I love each and everyone of them and appreciate everything they have done and are doing to protect me and our communities and families.
