Newport Rotary volunteering at Broadway Street Fair yesterday!😃✨

DYK...Rotarians are service minded, and we work to improve our local and global communities? 🌎🌏🌍

Among the Rotary Club of Newport's many community service projects, we are known for the several thousands of dollars we provide in scholarships to Rogers High School graduating seniors and deserving CCRI Newport students every year.

We also provide support and contributions to a variety of local organizations including Boys & Girls Clubs of Newport County, Newport Public Library (Rhode Island), Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center, The Salvation Army - Newport, RI, East Bay Community Action Program and others. Our service efforts support the improvement of literacy as well as projects in education, youth service, and health initiatives.

Another Clean Rhodes service project completed by Newport Rotary. Gorgeous day for donating time to help keep Newport beautiful.

Several Rotarians gathered at Perotti Park supporting Rhode Island’s initiative Clean Rhodes, followed by a social hour at local favorite La Vecina Restaurant.
