MPISCC’s Education Roadshow Series has been named a MPI RISE Award recipient for Innovative Educational Programming.

This recognition reflects what MPI does best: volunteer-led leadership that advances the profession through education that is practical, timely, and built around member needs. The Roadshow was designed as a repeatable learning platform across our region, delivered with a consistent program framework and strong local relevance at every stop.

Thank you to the Past President and Board leadership, the Education team and committee volunteers, our destination and venue partners, speakers, and sponsors, and most importantly, the members who showed up ready to engage and contribute.

That’s why we’re thrilled to recognize Julie Fry as MPISCC’s Q1 Volunteer Impact Award honoree.

As part of the WE | CON committee, Julie brought the kind of energy every volunteer team hopes for: thoughtful, reliable, generous, and fully in it. From planning conversations to ex*****on details, she helped move the work forward with care, creativity, and commitment.

We've Expanded Our Board Leadership Opportunities - and Extended the Deadline!

As MPISCC continues to evolve, so does the way we serve our members.

To strengthen our events, education, and member experience offerings, we've restructured and expanded our Programming Department with several new and updated leadership opportunities:

- VP of Events & Experiences
- Director of Education
- Director of Event Design
- Director of Regional Engagements (now aligned within the Programming Department)

To give members the opportunity to explore these updated roles, we've extended Board applications through Monday, June 8.
