Our Page is Moving!!

To serve Coweta County better and keep all our updates in one place, we are combining our social media channels!

As ReStart Coweta continues to grow, our emergency sheltering through The Nest, our one-on-one case management, and our community support are all joining forces under our main community hub.

Head over and follow our primary page here: ReStart Coweta

We will be archiving this specific page soon so we can share regular shelter freeze-night alerts, case management stories, volunteer opportunities, and other updates from one unified home.

Thank you for walking alongside us as we restore hope and rebuild lives in our community!

Everyone deserves a pathway towards stability ❤️

We support individuals experiencing homelessness in taking steps toward a more stable future. Through wraparound services, we connect people with resources, support, and encouragement to help them move forward—one step at a time.

During the winter months, we also operate the NEST warming shelter, providing our unhoused neighbors with a safe, warm place to sleep when temperatures drop.

We believe in meeting people where they are, recognizing their strengths, and walking alongside them toward stability and hope.

When the community comes together, lives are changed.

We are beyond thankful to SouthCrest Church for partnering with us and blessing ReStart with a generous gift—made possible by their amazing members. This directly allows us to serve our homeless neighbors with care, dignity, and compassion. Southcrest is one of our NEST hosts and they truly embody being the hands and feet of Jesus, serving and giving genrously to the least of these.

This is what it looks like when faith meets action.

Thank you, Southcrest Church, for being such a powerful blessing to our community.

Come check out ReStart Thrift that helps fund the NEST warming shelter and our other client services ❤️

ReStart Thrift Shop is open on Salbide Avenue, and it’s doing more than selling great finds.

Opened by ReStart Coweta, the store supports local homeless outreach by funding programs, connecting with volunteers, and even directly outfitting clients in need.

Donations and volunteers have been pouring in since the grand opening in November. A special spring event is planned for March 7 with food trucks and fun to help spread the word.

✨ This Giving Tuesday, YOU Can Help Keep Our Neighbors Safe and Warm ✨

As temperatures drop, too many in our community are facing the cold without a safe place to go. Our warming shelter (NEST) doors open every night because of people like you — people who believe everyone deserves warmth, dignity, and hope.

💙 Your Giving Tuesday gift provides:
• A warm bed
• Hot meals
• Shower and Laundry
• Winter gear and essentials
• Compassionate support for individuals experiencing homelessness

Every dollar makes a real difference. Together, we can restore hope and rebuild lives right here in Coweta.
