Urgent Need for items to go into our patient family bags. Our inventory is running low much earlier than usual, and we’re asking for support to meet the growing needs of our NICU families.
These are the black bags that go out to the NICU's @ Piedmont Fayette and Piedmont Newnan each week filled with intentionally selected resources to support families during their NICU journey. Our Amazon wish list can be found here:

Update: we have a few downtown Newnan locations and a Peachtree location for drop off we are currently arranging. Still seeking groups to do drives in the next month.

📣Looking for local churches, businesses or organizations around Coweta and Fayette willing to do some drives or even just be a location for general public to drop off small inexpensive items that go into our black patient bags. We can give one or two items for each location to collect. We can provide the bin with signs if needed.
‼️The issue is we need them in the next month or so because we’ve quickly blown through our packed bags handed out at each hospital weekly. Any leads or willing companies, please let me know. (we are currently working to release an accurate Amazon wishlist tomorrow as well.)

📣💚 4th Annual 2026 NICU Parent Club Rock-a-thon Top Fundraising Team is The Henderson Family! 💚🎉💪

There are some families whose stories become woven into the heart of the NICU Parent Club, and the Henderson family is one of those families. 💚

We are incredibly amazed that they far exceeded their goal this year and raised $4080 to serve and support NICU families!

The Henderson’s are a three-time NICU family, having experienced the NICU at Newnan, Fayette, and CHOA with their 23- and 25-weekers. They know firsthand the rollercoaster of emotions that comes with having children prematurely and in the NICU—the fear, the uncertainty, the hope, and the extraordinary love that carries you through.

Their journey has held incredible joy but also unimaginable heartbreak- an unusual combo that NICU families seem to understand.

We were introduced to them after their 23 weeker, William was born and they were thrown into this new world. We again supported them as their twins, Andrew and Brock, were also born prematurely.

We were by their side through the uncertainties and were able to support them bedrest, NICU and beyond still today. Unfortunately Andrew passed away in the NICU just a few weeks after birth. We celebrated Brock’s discharge from NICU. NPC continued to fight alongside them through other challenges and as Brock courageously battled childhood cancer until his passing at the age of 4.

Their oldest son William, now 9, continues to amaze and inspire those around him with his contagious joy and incredible resilience. 💚

Today, we celebrate William and all that his life represents, while lovingly remembering Andrew and Brock—two precious boys whose lives were far too short but whose stories will never be forgotten.

The Henderson’s support of NICU Parent Club comes from a place of deep understanding. They know what it means to need someone beside you during the hardest days. And they have chosen to turn their own experiences into support, hope, and healing for other families walking the NICU journey.

We also want to give a special thank-you to Kelly O. Henderson, Attorney at Law, for supporting the Henderson’s through their sponsorship and fundraising. 💚

We are so grateful for your friendship, partnership, and support! And very proud to call you part of our family.

🏆 🎉Winner of the Hulken bag for 💚 is Chloe Glenn from PNH NICU! We know how vital NICU Staff can be in our lives so THANK YOU to an amazing nurse!

Maggie Mayes Kingston explained how vital nurse Chloe's role was in her nomination submission, "Chloe was the sweetest, most compassionate nurse I’ve ever met. She answered every annoying question, loved my baby for me when I wasn’t there and always listened to me cry, vent, and be angry at the world. She was there through every wild emotion the NICU throws at you. Then, when it was time to finally go home, she was just the biggest supporter. I’ll never forget her! She made our 27 day NICU stay a little easier."
