Bid on homemade pies and cakes while supporting scholarships, leadership development, and educational opportunities for local 4-H members.

UPDATE: WE STILL NEED READERS! In addition to the date/time below, we could use more readers for the Newcastle ECC (Pre-K thru 1st grade) on Sept. 10 from 12:00-12:40 and/or 1:00-2:00. We provide the book and can get it to you ahead of time to practice.
We also still need 23 more books to make sure all 40 classrooms receive at least two books. If you'd like to contribute, please see the Amazon Wishlist listed in the comments.

The final requests for reading accurate ag books have come in. We could really use more readers for the Newcastle Elementary on Sept. 8 from 1:30-2:30 to read to 2nd and 3rd graders. We encourage 4-Hers to volunteer as well as adults! I will check with the 4-H office to verify if we can get excuse letters for the kids who volunteer.

Registration is open for the 2026-2027 Brighter Future program. This four-year experience helps youth explore college and career options, build leadership and life skills, and prepare for success after high school. Returning Brighter Future participants must register for the new program year.
