What is an Energy Bill Check-Up?
An Energy Bill Check-Up (EBCU) is a one-on-one session where a trained energy advocate sits down with you to review your gas or electric bill, identify if you are being charged correctly, and help you find programs and incentives that can lower your costs. Residents often discover they qualify for discounted rates, rebates, or bill assistance they were not aware of. Sessions are free, confidential, and available in English with bilingual support upon request.
