Join us on Thursday, November 11, 2021, when local leaders and civic groups will mark the complete restoration of one of the City of Newburgh’s oldest and most distinctive structures. The Robinson Mausoleum, built in 1853 in Newburgh’s Old Town Cemetery, has been restored to its original grandeur and represents another step in Newburgh’s continuing revitalization. Believed to have been designed by noted American architect A.J. Davis, it is the largest Egyptian Revival mausoleum in the USA.
