The thing is I'm not on here trying to disrespect these two women and that's all I'm getting from the one family of the first victim is how I'm disrespectful and I should have never created this page and how I'm an awful person and I should take my page down and how the families don't like that I created this page because you know I'm not family I'm just a friend of Georgia

I'm at a point where I can not talk about thing on here because people family members don't want me to try and help because people take what I say out of context and all I'm trying to do is trying to help but sum people don't want my help with this so I don't know what to say or do

I made a comment on here yesterday about these women having addiction issues or possibly being ruled a su***de by the police department I was not trying to talk badly about these women I'm just trying to think of why it has not been solved yet that is my whole purpose behind this is to figure out what happened and get Justice for these women because this is too tragic cases that has not been solved yet and they need Justice I'm just trying to help

scenario one.You know what doesn't sit right with me? I took a walk down Clinton Street tonight at 8:47 p.m.. it was dark and quiet there are at least 8 to 10 to 12 houses probably a hundred yards maybe 150 yards from the train carts now the su***de theory which is being put out there I don't believe them two girls committed su***de
but I don't know that could be one reason why no one heard nothing.. Scenario too ..she was dead before she was placed where she was found. scenario 3.. nobody wants to get involved if scenario 3 is correct you all ought to be ashamed of yourself for not coming forward .scenario 4 ..the police department wants to rule this a su***de because it's two less people who may have had a substance abuse issues I don't know if these women was on drugs but these women are still human beings no matter whether they battled with addiction issues or not I walked down Clinton Street tonight and videoed it and I'm telling you what it's so dark and quiet over there there is no adequate lighting so somebody may not have seen nothing but I'm not going to believe that one second that someone did not hear two women screaming for their lives if anyone has any information on either one of these cases or both of these cases I will pay you $2,000 cash money for information or tips that lead to the arrest of the person or persons who are involved in this do the next right thing in order to receive the money I need an arrest and conviction in a quarter law of the person or persons who are involved in this I will not put your name out there I will not tell them where I got the information from .. R.I.P. Georgia Nicole Moats to get the $2,000 I have to get a conviction of both women the was killed
