Eden II Programs Eden II is an autism agency and school program dedicated to providing opportunities to children and adults living with autism in our communities.

Established in 1976, Eden II Programs began with just six students and one special education teacher. Today, the not-for-profit organization serves over 500 participants in New York City and Long Island. The mission of Eden II Programs is to support people with autism through service, science and passion so they may achieve their full potential throughout their lives. Eden II Programs provides a v

ariety of services using the evidence-based principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to treat the delays and challenges associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Eden II is recognized nationally as a leader in working with individuals across the autism spectrum, including those with the most significant challenges.

The families we serve are at the heart of everything we do. This month we’re proud to feature Siobhan Domingo and her family. Siobhan is a parent, Eden II Board Member, and Genesis PTO Board Member.
Here’s what Eden II means to her family:

“The Eden II and Genesis School is more than just an educational facility; it’s a supportive community. Our family has been incredibly fortunate to have Robbie attend for the past three years. The encouragement we receive during our darkest days truly helps us persevere and grow as parents. We have discovered a true sense of belonging here.

The staff at Genesis is truly exceptional. Autism is a rollercoaster journey filled with joy, love, and hope. It’s important to pause and appreciate the small moments, and having the staff celebrate these milestones with us makes all the difference. It reassures us that we are not alone in this journey. Their expertise in their field is unmatched, and many of them have become like family to us. I am continually impressed by their patience and perseverance.

We are incredibly grateful to Genesis for helping to shape our son into the beautiful, amazing person he is today. Their support has been invaluable in helping him grow and overcome challenges.
