Richmond Valley Merchants Association The Richmond Valley Merchants Association launched on August 1st.

The service area will include the commercial corridors of Page Avenue, Arthur Kill Road, Amboy Road, Charleston Shopping Center, Veterans Road West and Richmond Valley Road. The goal of the Richmond Valley Merchants Association is to bring connectivity and enhanced services to the area by increasing competitiveness for small businesses, analyzing strip mall vacancies, improving poorly maintained r

oads and sidewalks, creating safe and clean commercial destinations and promoting collective marketing, events and promotions. Funding for the Richmond Valley Merchants Association is being provided by former Councilman Ignizio and the Staten Island Economic Development Corporation (SIEDC) will be providing management services on behalf of the association.
