Good news! The application deadline for the Zelle® Community Development & Entrepreneurship Scholarship has been extended to March 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

This scholarship supports MBA students pursuing small business ownership through acquisition after graduation, helping expand opportunities for financial advancement and entrepreneurship.

Eligible applicants must be full-time MBA students participating in an Entrepreneurship through Acquisition (ETA) program at one of the following universities:
• Claflin University
• Howard University
• Jackson State University
• Morgan State University
• Virginia State University

As we celebrate five years of creating access, we’re honored to spotlight and celebrate Celebrity Fashion Stylist & Designer Carlton Jones — and wish him the happiest birthday! 🎉

Carlton joined us for Stylist Talk: The Power, Perseverance & Purpose of Being a Stylist, and in this clip, he shares a transparent moment that could’ve discouraged him…

✨ Celebrating 5 Years of Access for Black Fashion-preneurs! ✨

When we launched this nonprofit, we hosted our very first fundraiser at the iconic Minton’s Playhouse & Jazz Lounge, featuring fashion pioneer April Walker — the first woman to truly dominate urban menswear. From legendary product placement to celebrity endorsements with Tupac, Biggie, RUN-DMC, and more, April opened doors and made history — and her story continues to inspire.

That night mattered deeply to me, because her impact on the fashion community — and on my own journey as an aspiring stylist — helped ignite the vision for this foundation.
