The 2026 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund is ready to take off!

The Selection Committee has gathered at the CFDA offices and we’re excited to reveal this year’s 10 talented designers in program.

They are Aisling Camps, Amir Taghi, Terrence Zhou of Bad Binch TONGTONG, Emily Dawn Long, Jamie Haller, Julia Ferentinos of Juju Vera, Zane Li of Lii, George Inaki of Milamore, Claire Sullivan of Miss Claire Sullivan, and Zoe Gustavia Anna Whalen.

The winner will receive $300,000 and the two runners-up will each take home $100,000.

The program - generously supported by , , , , and - will also continue to create meaningful business mentorships and a pathway to success for all finalists.

CFDA News! Allison Sarofim () is the new Chair of Friends of the CFDA. A founding member of the invite-only charter consisting of a group of like-minded individuals passionate about philanthropy and fashion, Sarofim is known for her work in the arts, film, fashion, beauty and philanthropy.

“I am deeply honored to step into the role of Chair of Friends of the CFDA. I look forward to building upon its remarkable foundation while exploring new ways to grow our community across the country, cultivate enduring networks of support, and help shape a more dynamic and inclusive future for American fashion,” she said.

Congratulations are in order for of , who was named Artistic Director of Diane von Furstenberg today. Zankov’s debut collection will be unveiled at in September.

The appointment, announced by CEO Graziano de Boni, feels almost written in the stars. Zankov is a DVF alum, having first joined in 2014 and spending four formative years at the brand before launching his label, Zankov, which he continues to helm.

Last September’s exclusive Zankov-designed DVF capsule, launched at Bergdorf Goodman, now reads like a subtle prelude to this moment.

“I have always been surrounded and inspired by strong women, and Diane is the ultimate embodiment of that,” Zankov shared. “The DVF woman is a rebel — confident, curious, and independent. It is an honor to build on Diane’s extraordinary legacy and carry the brand into the future.”

As for , she is “excited to watch Henry’s designs, sense of color, and effortless sensibility seduce a new generation.”

Hearst and Altuzarra join a board led by CFDA Chairman with Vice Chairs Prabal Gurung and Aurora James, Treasurer Stacey Bendet, and General Secretary Maria Cornejo, as well as Bethann Hardison, Dao-Yi Chow, Diane von Furstenberg, Michael Kors, Norma Kamali, Ralph Lauren, Stan Herman, Tommy Hilfiger, Tory Burch, Tracy Reese, and Vera Wang.

“There’s nothing more important right now than human connections, good food, friends, and joy,” Gabriela Hearst said last night at Bar Oliver, addressing a high-fashion crowd that included designers, industry friends, and notables such as Wesley Schultz and Jeremiah Fraites of The Lumineers, Oz Pearlman, and Colombian superstar Nanpa Básico.

“And so,” she added, “if we can have all that today, I would be very, very pleased.”

Consider this a mission accomplished. The cocktail, with the CFDA, was fabulous.

The CFDA and OpenAI hosted a “Dev Day” event to announce the AI Developers participating in the Innovation Hub program and introduce the six CFDA members selected to join the program.

Each designer is paired with a developer to collaborate on an AI-focused project designed to support their creative and business operations.

Participating CFDA members brands are , , , , , and .

The AI Developers are , Curbon, , .studio.design, , and .

Over the next four months, members and developers will receive mentorship and grant support from OpenAI as they develop and execute pilot projects exploring the future of AI in fashion.
