Tough Biker

The organization focuses on teaching kids how to ride and repair bikes, offering a constructive and recreational outlet.

Proceeds from their events benefit homeless and at-risk youth in Central Florida. Founded in 2014 by Police Officer Mark Levy, the Tough Biker concept was formed after numerous bicycle patrol rides through city parking garages and the downtown urban district. Officer Levy didn’t want to just do another urban race. He wanted to make a difference with the homeless/hungry youth in the community who w

ere experiencing the negative effects of at-risk behavior. Tough Biker was forged in the desire to benefit youth with positive police role models providing the benefit to learn both a skill and a creative form of recreation. They learn both how to ride and repair their bikes!

Day 3, the last day of the ride was amazing! The weather was nice and everyone was in good spirits. My tire exploded but thanks to the Socal bike mechanic, I got a tube and was able to ride to the memorial.

Day 2 of the 2026 started out in the low 50s and rain and dis not let up all day. Great ride regardless because of the people and camaraderie with fellow riders.

Had a great start to the week teaching the basic bike mechanic class hosted by Since I am inside this week, I changed to the dark tint lenses on my Steph Non-Douche White Frames (that is the name, F). 2026 Day 4 in the books! Amazing weather made for a safe and enjoyable ride. Thanks to all the motor units who kept us safe. Awesome lunch provided by Coco PD. Sad to see the Police museum closed but grateful I was able to take a last lap of the memorial wall.
