To our generous donors and supporters thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Because of your compassion, the New York Firefighters Foundation was able to help the Cashion family with one of the most urgent needs during a crisis: safe housing while Izzy Cashion fights a good fight.

In moments like these, “support” isn’t a concept—it’s a key in a door, a warm bed, a place to exhale after impossible hospital days. You gave that to them. And we will never forget it.

🙏 Calling all prayer warriors: Please comment a prayer for Izzy and her family, and share this post so we can surround them with strength, faith, and love from every corner of our community.

Thank you for showing up when it matters most. ❤️‍🔥

Friday night was electric — not only rallying for St. John’s to take the win, but rallying even harder for our little hero, Izzy Cashion.

Our guests showed up and shined bright for Izzy, for the FDNY family, and for the heart of this city that never stops showing up when it matters most. We were honored and humbled by every single person who came out and made the night what it was: community in motion.

A heartfelt thank you to and for their incredible generosity, for hosting at The Fleur Room, and for proudly presenting the New York Firefighters Foundation. Your support didn’t just create a beautiful evening… it helped power a mission.

And to our special guests and thank you for your presence, your heart, and for praying over Izzy and the Cashion family. You could feel the energy in the room.

The moon was shining bright that night, a reminder that we’re being guided toward something bigger. A legacy. A movement. A foundation that will stand tall for years to come.

Follow to be part of this mission and if you’re able, donate via the link in our bio to help us keep showing up for FDNY families when they need it most.

Because when the sirens stop, our mission begins. ❤️‍🩹🔥

Tonight at Madison Square Garden was electrifying, the kind of night that reminds you what “community” really means.

As Sullivan Papain Block McManus Coffinas & Cannavo P.C. dedicated the St. John’s University vs University of Connecticut rivalry game to the New York Firefighters Foundation, you could feel the arena rallying around our little hero, Izzy Cashion — as she battles DIPG. 🎗️💜

On the court, alongside co-sponsor LBi Software, Sullivan Papain presented a $10,000 gift to help fuel our mission: stepping in when FDNY families need it most — off-duty injury, serious childhood illness, complicated births, and unimaginable loss.

With New York Firefighters Foundation leadership — Andrew Ansbro, Robert Eustace, and Chris Viola — standing beside us, the message was loud and clear:

Izzy is not fighting alone. And neither is her family. 🫶🏼

And the night didn’t stop there. A heartfelt thank you to The Fleur Room for the incredible hospitality — and to Allan Houston and John Starks for showing up with love, strength, and support — and for leading us in prayer to guide us and the Cashion family through the days ahead. 🙏💜

If you’ve been looking for a sign to show up for a family in the fight of their lives… this is it.
Drop a 💜 for Izzy — and share this post to keep the momentum moving.

WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT NOW

02/03/2026

PLEASE DON’T SCROLL.

This is Izzy. She’s 4 years old, a pink-and-purple princess, and she’s fighting DIPG, a terminal childhood brain cancer.

She’s starting the first arm of a clinical trial we are praying gives her more time. But here’s what many people don’t realize: sometimes this fight isn’t just medical — it’s logistics.

Where does a family sleep for two months near the hospital?
How do they get back and forth every day?
How do two parents take turns at their daughter’s bedside while caring for two little boys under two?

Izzy will have only 3 days between trial arms where she may even be able to leave the hospital. This is not a trip. It’s survival.

There is a GoFundMe for the treatment arms.
This fundraiser is strictly for housing + travel + rental car so the family can stay close and bring a relative out to help — so both parents can be present with Izzy when it matters most.

🔥❤️ Little hero, BIG energy! ❤️🔥

On January 28, 2026, Izzy lit the spark and fired up St John’s to a huge victory—proof that heart, courage, and belief can change the whole room. From the first cheer to the final buzzer, Izzy’s spirit reminded us what it means to show up for something bigger than ourselves.

Izzy’s inspiration goes beyond the game—encouraging all of us to give back to the NYFFand help lift others up the same way this moment lifted the team. 💫

Margaret and Bridget Lindquist — two beautiful, brave sisters — are both living with Sanfilippo Syndrome, a rare and devastating genetic disorder that no family should ever have to face.

Sanfilippo slowly takes away a child’s ability to walk, talk, and recognize the world around them. It can lead to seizures and, heartbreakingly, is often fatal. There is no FDA-approved treatment or cure — but a promising therapy exists. It’s real. It’s hopeful. And it urgently needs funding.

The Lindquist family has given more than 30 years of service to the FDNY, showing up for this city day after day. Now, we’re rallying behind them.

Proceeds from our Jingle Ball fundraiser will directly support the sisters’ fight for treatment, while also strengthening our ability to help the next FDNY family facing unimaginable hardship.

Your support creates impact today and builds the foundation needed for tomorrow. Every donation, every raffle ticket, every share truly matters.

Together, we can come to giving Margaret and Bridget the hope and care they deserve — and to lifting up FDNY families when life hits hardest.
