Shule works with boys living on the streets of Uganda ranging in ages from 6 to 18 years old.

Shule Foundation is a 501 C 3 non-profit organization that provides tailored education and skill-building programs for street boys in Uganda, with the aim of empowering them to reach their full potential. Shule's goal is to break the cycle of street life and mentor the boys to grow-up to become responsible and financially independent gentlemen through our various educational and skills training opportunities.

🎉 September is here — my birthday month!

I'm bringing back my birthday campaign after a break... and this one's big: 58 for 58!

The goal: 58 monthly donors, committing for 3 years — it's not the size of the gift that matters, it's the consistency. This keeps our drop-in center doors open and our programs going for the boys we serve on the streets of Uganda.

We lost our major benefactor two years ago to cancer, and that hit us really hard. But we did get an investor — funding the infrastructure for our three social enterprises: poultry, fashion, and beekeeping. These are being built to make Shule self-sustaining, while your monthly gift keeps the boys fed, housed, and safe as they grow.

I'm not ready to close Shule's doors — not even close. But I am looking forward to December 2029, when I happily close out your three-year commitment and hand you a special thank-you gift.
