Grace Operates goal is in coordination with other community agencies and organizations is to intervene in the cycle of women who have been in violent relationships, needing support starting a new career change, building self help confidence and to set new goals and meet accomplishments. Our most concern is to motivate these women and to give positive reinforcement which depends on the motivation that comes from the needs or drives within the women we help.
