(speaking of Ruggiero Strong... my 501(c)3 I had not even received the official document, however, behind the scenes months prior as I shared my excitement with a adored and trusted family member, saw RSFF as a mechanism to gather his Enterprise Corrupt Organization to "set me up" by Law Enforcement Individuals, or perhaps Acting Under the Color of Law as law enforcement...
I am dedicated to enforce, "The Public's", entitled Privileges and Protections guaranteed US Constitutional.
I will provide eventually that the Grievance Committee and the Commission on Judicial Conduct is not acting nor providing to their role to Protect and Serve The Public,
Preserve the Integrity of the Profession, and the highest standards of the Legal System.
Our Rights to the highest standards of conduct, proceedings, and responsibilities in any and all State and Federal Judicial Mechanism in this Country are guaranteed by our US Constitution.. ( I am so tired of ad nauseam but this is how to ensure you are not manipulated by any professional orator... just say'n.. 7 yrs now under my belt, 25 yrs with an attorney, and my own 2 yrs of education in law) .. 😉
.. however, our Blind Trust, is expected of US, The Public...
WE, The Public, is expected and entrusts that the Judicial Mechanism, of all Court Employees, Officers of the Court (e.g.: attorneys, guardian ad litems, court referees, chief/law clerks, any court employee ...) are Serving and Protecting ALL of us...
Not an ounce of their own implicit personal bias, perceived or otherwise, or provide favoritism (bribery) towards any congenial insiders they see on a daily basis in court proceedings, some as long as tens of decades.
This includes Judges... per US Constitution they are "not" the Law.
- I only say this...NOT to not disparage any of the above... but this is my experience and those of numerous others... my specific focus right now is on Long Island...
.. I have been bullied, denied, even when a genuine and meritoriously, publically e-filed legal document, with annexed Exhibits (Evidence) she had first-hand knowledge of .. She Signed it!
I was Public Humiliated by this Chief Clerk of Nassau Surrogate Court, screaming at me... " I AM THE LAW", mind you I had and continue to suffer from Complex PTSD and the dehumanizing indifference is simply immoral and significant Violations of the ABA Professional Responsibilities and Conduct by anyone licensed to practice law.
The US Constitution also "guarantees" our Rights and Privileges to seek Protection by Law Enforcement Individuals, Public Servants, Elected or otherwise, paid by State and/or County Funds received by tax dollars paid by The Public... or in my case, money laundered and reinvested back into both the County and State, and Federal Bonds, Municipalities, and Stocks, etc.. SEC violations..
